About Narraid
We started where the sale is actually made.
Our team brings decades of experience in international retail, much of it spent alongside the people on the shop floor. We know how much depends on the last conversation before a purchase, and how hard it is for brands to be part of it. Brands invest real effort in training, but the person behind the counter represents dozens of brands at once, often learns in their second or third language, and may be new to the team this season. So we built what was missing: short audio episodes that reach every one of those people, in their own language, in the few minutes they actually have, and keep them up to date as the story evolves.

The person in front of the shopper decides more than any campaign.
Our story
From the shop floor to a platform.
Travel retail is one of the most demanding places to sell anything. A single store carries hundreds of brands, serves travellers from every continent and is staffed by teams who change faster than any training calendar can keep up with. The brand has done everything right to get a shopper to the shelf, and then the last conversation is left to chance.
Narraid began with a simple observation: frontline teams already listen to hours of audio a week, on the commute, on a break, on the walk in. So we put the brand story where their attention already is, as short conversational episodes made natively in each language, with a quiz to check what stuck. Today that same idea serves retail, hospitality and agency teams far beyond the airport.
What we believe
Four foundations.
Everything we make follows from these.
01
Reach everyone, not only the flagship
The long tail of stores, shifts and sites deserves the same story as the flagship. Audio on their own phone makes that possible.
02
Their language, not a translation
Episodes are written natively for each language, so a colleague in Shanghai or Dubai hears the story the way it should sound.
03
Short enough to finish
A few minutes that fit a break beat an hour nobody completes. Quizzes, badges and streaks keep people coming back.
04
Alongside people, not instead of them
Narraid adds to in-person training. Trainers spend their time on the floor, while the groundwork happens in the app.
